Abba, the King of the Universe, is MORE THAN SUFFICIENT, that is what we need to KNOW from the depth of our beings….IF we really get a hold on that truth, we discover we can do all things, because He is acting with us. We can forgive, we can be calm and keep our peace. We can EVEN love our enemies. We can do GOOD to those who hurt us, and refrain from doing any evil against them because  Our only protection is found in obedience to Abbas instructions and we are safe in HIS protection alone.

If we all understood how critical our acts of forgiveness really are to our joy and fulfilled purposes in Yahweh, we would make EVERY possible effort for healing and reconciliation with every persons who asks for our forgiveness and reconciliation. We, (as I once did in unintentional ignorance) bring such unnecessary sorrow into our lives by not applying our heart to having our minds changed and obediently forgiving others.

The awareness of our own ‘sin sickness’ and the love that must be awakened in us, proceeding forgiveness, is evidence that we sincerely love God.

I’m convinced that anyone (especially a husband or wife) that enters into a covenant while still entertaining lust and flirtation with others, is much like Nahash the ammonites offering of covenant.He offered Jabesh Gilead a covenant on the condition that he might first put out the right eye of Jabesh and all of his army and bring them reproach. 1 Samuel 11

In all sincerity this is true of any truce breaker. The family member who moves in next door, and never ceases to speak ill of you and fault find, whatever you do to love. We need so much to be what Abbas word calls us to be, and not emulate the sin sick world, with it’s needs to “one up”, or feel in control of others because of our fears.

As we begin to actually appreciate and realize what our Yeshua has done for us, we become humbled and more than willing to forgive. We become eager to seek HIS wholeness in EVERY area of our lives, and seek obedience in ourselves, because we see what ignorant, blind fools we have been.

I am speaking of the wholeness Yahweh intends, the wholeness that brings forth the KINGDOM of HEAVEN within us, not our puny self defended version. More often than not, the need for surrender to growth, hurts our pride, that need humbles our human nature, so we balk. But the pain of replacing pride with truth and repentance has to be more desirable than remaining in the same blindness we have always had.

Abbas love for us does not mean we will never have anything but sunshine and lollipops.
We Err to believe peace is the absence of suffering, or that pain is necessarily a bad thing in this life. One day there will be no more need for it…but for now pain serves us in important ways. Sometimes, Yahweh uses pain in our lives as a catalyst, not because He wants us to suffer, but because we can come to the end of ego and to find REAL life! The ego was once described to me as E-dging, G-od, O-ut…BOY, that sure fits our disobedient attitudes!

I have often said that one of 2 headings will describe our walk, every “believer” fits under either; 1. Those who serve the Maker. 2. Those who expect the Maker to serve them.

Sadly, many people are so enslaved to the prevailing evil attitude that denies Abbas power in this generation, that they prefer, even nurture their miserable state, feeding it with gossip and re-telling whatever they can use to justify themselves and keep bitterness alive and screaming.
Make no mistake this misses the mark of our high calling and is therefore, SIN. Sin having its perfect work in our lives produces death. Every single unkindness we keep alive is death at work.
Let us change our minds and agree with our gracious Father, putting aside all malice, all bitterness, which is our own destruction.

Brothers and Sisters, Let us rather, take HIS nature upon ourselves, putting away every word and every lie of the enemy, that would keep us ‘outside’ of The Perfect peace that passes all understanding. May we let our minds be washed by the water of HIS word and become free from our own FEELINGS.

Some people SAY they have forgiven, while refusing any place for openness or love. But this is not truth, because Abba has the power to do great & mighty things in ANY relationship where both parties come before Him with love and a contrite heart. ANYTHING less, has a form of Godliness while denying His power. This so called “forgiveness” the “injured parties” claim, is not trust or love for the Father, nor is it true understanding of what Yeshua has done for us. This a perfect example of serving our pride of life, and leaning to our own understanding. 99% of the time, those who refuse love to others, have over-looked their own faults, while magnifying the sins of others. My fervent prayer is that the fullness of the Kingdom will awaken in His true children here and now. Selah!

THE RE-NEWED COVENANT & THE CIRCUMCISED HEART:
So, let us not continue in false knowledge or misunderstanding of Yahweh’s path of light.
It is time for us to discern that the only way our scripture study can lead to proper understanding about how to walk in the perfect law of Liberty, and for proper understanding of what the prophets foretold: is if we understand that NONE of these instructions can be kept without a “circumcised” heart. They never could be, and they can not be today.

Many people believe that the concept of circumcision of the heart is strictly a “NEW TESTAMENT concept. This is incorrect, we can read in Jeremiah 4:4,Circumcise yourselves to the Lord, And take away the foreskins of your hearts, You men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem, Lest My fury come forth like fire, And burn so that no one can quench it, Because of the evil of your doings.” In part, their evil was trying to do the works without the true heart, and expect they would be considered HOLY, but Abba says NO WAY! If it is not with a heart of love our works amount to wickedness. We are created with Yahs purpose to always turn to the light of Abbas provision. WE ARE MADE TO show HIS GLORY! In fact, the Hebrew word for “WICKEDNESS” pertains to us being used for some purpose outside of the Abbas design for us. Yahweh has always used His word to correct us and woo us back to what we are supposed to be. Yeshua is the flesh and blood proof of this forever love and Chesed (grace) poured out for us.

It has always been Abbas heart, and so have any things that have been taught as strictly New Testament. Clearly, we must FIRST; Love YHWH our Elohim with all of our heart, mind, soul and strength, so that we can love our neighbor as (if he was) our self. All of Abbas Law hinges on these 2 commandments, the 2 commandments do not undo all the others, but are essential for being able to keep Yahweh’s forever instruction for abundant life. If you do not love His commandments, you hate your own life, and you do not understand His word is LIFE.
The Christian says, “I am lawless as I do not keep the LAW”

But it is written, “And then the lawless one shall be revealed, whom the Master shall consume with the Spirit of His mouth and bring to naught with the manifestation of His coming” (2 Thes 2:8)

Everything that is about The Creator of the Universe is about “LIGHT”. His Law is the light to our path, this is why I have named my webpages The living Light. Nothing is a better picture of our God than being the Father of Lights. Yet His list goes on and on, telling us from one voice to another about His nature;

They do not come to trust because the god of the ‘olam hazeh has blinded their minds, in order to prevent them from seeing the light shining from the Good News about the glory of the Messiah, who is the image of God.

I am convinced there are 2 kinds of believers; The ones who serve the Almighty, and the ones that expect the Almighty to serve them…which kind are you beloved?

When God isn’t allowed to be in control of your life;

We need to stop being myopic, seeing through the smudgy, little filter of our FEELINGS,
and embrace of gift of “far-seeing” with the clear light of LOVE. Yaya Karahkwahawi~

The heart of man is SO full of fabrications; we even lie to ourselves! We lie to cope with what we believe, deep inside, about our own failings, about how facing them is just “TOO HARD” for us to bear. When I hear people say; “I can’t handle this” or “I am overwhelmed” what I hear is a person who is unwilling to make the changes in “self” that will allow our gracious Creator Father, bring about HIS purposes, because it isn’t part of “THEIR self proscribed PLAN.

This is because somewhere along the way, or perhaps many points along the way; we learned that having CONTROL was the way to happiness in this life. CONTROL became equal to feeling LOVED! We feared loss of the facades we use to safeguard a fragile self-image.

But what we may have feared losing, is EXACTLY what Yahweh wants us to lose, and it is exactly what Yeshua taught us to put away. If we save our own lives trying to maintain CONTROL, rather than losing all that, we lose the true abundant life our Creator has planned for us to enjoy.

Our fears consistently lay a snare for us because they trap us in “false knowledge”…These fears are Fabrications of “TRUTH”, screened through our fears and hidden in “righteous” platitudes. We establish comfortable little cubicles of falsehood, our own personal, cushy, little “nesting boxes” where we lay the rotten eggs of contention….

It’s natural to want to be in control of our lives, to eliminate as much pain as possible. But when we have to be in control of the people around us as well, when we literally can’t hear another view than our own because it doesn’t fit our agendas…we have a personality disorder. The only way to get over it, is to become conformed in obedience to the instructions of our Wonderful Maker, who knows much better what we need, even when we don’t think it is what we want. Selah

Brothers and Sisters and the issue of women in leadership.

Some say that this problem between men and women exists because Eve was the weaker vessel and so deceived. Wouldn’t that make her the less dangerous? Because Adam disobeyed knowingly. He could have told Eve, wait, remember God said we should not do this. How different would this story be if Adam had not desired to taste the fruit himself? It looks to me (using the logic of weakness) that Adam would be the one not fit to lead, because he knowingly did wrong. But I reject that logic.

Sin that is a mistake is far different than sin that is knowingly committed. But see, now Adam put his sin off on the woman, see, now he took a stance of having to control her, to overcompensate for his wrong.

I am not sure we will ever be able to agree if you say that Abba is not both male and female because first of all, He has no corporeal body, He has no actual sex. So all of the human characteristics described for Abba are for our finite clues into His nature.

Scripture establishes the fact that neither God nor the biblical authors were hesitant to describe God and His actions in feminine metaphor. The writers consistently employed gyno-morphic as well as andro-morphic imagery to convey insights about Yahweh’s relationship to mankind. I believe EVERY aspect of the human creation was created in, the image of God, both spiritual and physical creation was designed to express the manifestation of Yahweh’s character. Women are an aspect of Gods character and nature, women are essential to portray His character.

It is important to see the implications of the statement that God made to Eve AFTER man’s fall into sin.

“Your turning will be to your husband, and he will rule over you, that prophetic word is clearly being fulfilled. It is a malevolent dominance/submission codependency in which sin has universally trapped both men and women. Abba was right because this sin in Adam has created and forced so many problems. But it does not say anywhere, EVE From now on you have to submit to Adam. It basically says she will have to constantly turn to her husband to make sure he isn’t working against her for control over her. I believe the Hellenistic world view that so impacted the Jewish perspective on women, did not emerge until the late post exilic times, when some of the sages of the second temple began to be affected by Hellenisms dim views on women. This is when they departed Biblical Hebraic views on women and the roles available to them.

The Hellenistic world view picked up on this concept to alter the views on the roles of women in both the Christian and original Hebrew views. This mind set has bound and gagged great women, in a condition that began in ante-Nicene times, and persists today. So much of the perspective on women is founded in pagan traditions. It is CLEAR as the light of day to ANYONE wanted to see it, that Yeshua demonstrated strongly reforming ideas that were in DIRECT contrast to the views of His contemporaries, especially in regard to women. Ecclesiastical misogyny HAS TO STOP!

It is clear to me that Yeshua did not make this distinction against women. His own apostles were appalled when Yeshua elevated women, without going through a man. Women are hardly mentioned as Yeshua’s disciples, yet He allowed them to sit at HIS feet (A CLEAR IDIOM for being a talmidim). The Hellenistic mindset was already embedded in the Jewish society by that time, or the writers would have made much stronger mention of the women as apostles and leaders. Rather, they gave only cursory mention. Paul himself puts women in charge in several instances. Yeshua INTENDED to correct and restore women to their Biblical rights, in high status, in equality and freedom from Hellenistic domination.

So the FATHER / KING concept is there for US to be able to get a fix on the unfathomable Creator. Scripture does also express Yahweh’s sheltering love like a mother hen. If I apply your first question to me on this subject; Can I have the love and concern of a FATHER? Yes, because I can be filled with the FATHERS love.

As I read the scripture, I do not see that Abba created man first. He called the “human” Adam, and there is much evidence that human was created male and female in one being, that is why the woman was taken from Adam. Adam HAD to HAVE her DNA at LEAST! In the “rib”, is metaphorical or potentially a greater meaning. It has been translated as rib, only in that place while all other places in the scripture it is translated as an angular side -chamber, or a curve.

26 Then God said, “Let Us make man in OURr image, according to Our likeness; (HERE God speaks of a plurality, exactly like the human He created) The He says let THEM have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created THEM (In His own image).

28 Then God blessed them, and God said to THEM; “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

As far as The order of leadership, I see what Paul is saying, and Paul NEVER trumps the Word of the most HIGH. Abba never says in His creation anything that makes Adam dominant over his wife.

I do not see “headship” as meaning “final authority”, I believe that is a man-made doctrine, twisting the scripture, to fit the Hellenistic mindset, contrary to the authority and equality God gave THEM!

Blood moons & other heavenly phenomenon

I want to take a moment to point out that THIS 2012 Passover and all of the feast around it, are the PERFECT picture of what OUR YESHUA completed being 3 days and 3 nights in the grave. In every way, this 2012 Holy week is the exact picture. Starting on Wednesday evening at sundown, the Feast of unleavened bread begins. This is when Yeshua would have been held in the earth, and we see His sacrifice culminated in the completed work on Saturday FIRST-FRUITS. He is the first fruits from the dead. He would have risen by or at SUNDOWN, to be seen in the early morning on Sunday, when the women came to anoint His body!

May I offer now, that one of the very best teachings I have ever seen concerning Abbas word, and signs in the heavens has been given to us through one of Yahweh’s anointed; Mark Biltz. The series is called the blood moons, and Mark’s you-tube link is listed on the sidebar of my homepage.

Knowing Our Own Mind, is NOT the Same as Having HIS Mind

It is only by FAITH in the perfect instructions of our Maker that we move from weakness into strength. There is no true strength available without compliance to Abbas word. What sometimes passes as strength and gives a counterfeit comfort is a show of having carnal control.  This is a lie we tell ourselves while we bring greater unhappiness into our lives and the lives of others.  Only what is done to please Yahweh is free of evil intentions, we should make no make no mistake in our thinking about that fact….

 

Part of what reveals the fruit of Abbas Ruach in a person’s life is their counsel. Wise counsel is defined as one who rightly divides truth. Maturity does not make you responsible for the sins of another person.

As I have been busy creating our new home, my mind has been set on Abba, and meditating on HIS word. This is what He is showing me; Every last one of us wants to believe we are basically good, not that our hearts are so evil, who can know them? This drive in us, to believe we are good, also pushes us to minimize our sinfulness, and attempt to avoid the full force of it to our consciences by having someone else to blame.

The relatively new “science” of psychology is only too happy to preach that humanistic idea as well. You are not really sinful, or evil, it is the fault of your parents, or what was done to you. For years I have bought into this notion, until it struck me! Why is it that some, who have suffered far worse abuses, at the hands of their parents and others, stay relatively sweet and seek the Father? Yet some who have had every blessing do the worst atrocities and blame others for their sin?

We who would walk in newness of life, desperately need to have our minds restructured and renewed by Abbas word. This means it is “high time” that we STOP short the notions that we always have to be RIGHT to have value, among many other illusions and rationales we have accepted as “only human”.

When we are HIS, and no longer our own, we are about the business of being transformed, becoming and recognizing what we REALLY are created to be; Spiritual beings in human bodies, on the journey of transformation. Transformed from being “only human” to being ONLY HIS!

We must have a hunger inside to seek truth each day if we want to overcome our ideas about the limitations of our fleshly understanding and correct our carnal reasoning, bringing it into harmony with the word of Yahweh.
